Welcome to the YMCA of the Greater Tri-Valley.
You have just entered the site of a wonderful YMCA in Central New York that consists of three branches,
all within a thirty minute drive of each other, and an innovative music school, entitled YMCA Center for
the Creative Arts. Together, our branches in Rome, Oneida and Sylvan Beach serve nearly 10,000 members in the
Mohawk, Oneida, and Stockbridge Valleys.
Our YMCA's offer a variety of programs and services to people of all ages: infants, teens, adults, seniors
and families. Our facilities are clean, comfortable, and include state-of-the-art equipment and qualified
friendly staff. We offer our communities many different innovative programs including: youth sports, adult sports,
swimming lessons, adult water exercise, wellness and strength training classes, aerobics, yoga, tai chi,
summer camp, music appreciation, computer tutoring, school aged child care, senior social adult day care, special
events, and we collaborate with many other community-based service organizations.
